5Wise can be reserved for workshops, performances, and private events. All reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Includes:

• Breakout areas for up to 4 small groups
• Work surfaces for up to 16 – 18 people OR seating for up to 25 people
• Projector & wall to project upon
• Whiteboard & markers
• High speed Internet
• Use of kitchenette

Please note:

• There are no vendor requirements. You may provide your own food or choose your own caterer.
• If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, you must notify 5Wise  when confirming your reservation.

Setup Options

Hourly Rental – $30/hr (2 Hour minimum)

• The Main Room or Meeting Room can be rented by the hour with a 2-hour minimum booking required.
• Members are able to use the rest of the space during these reservations.

2-Hour Private Event – $120

• Exclusive use of the entire space for up to 2 hours
• Up to 25 people

1/2 Day Private Event – $170

• Exclusive use of the entire space for 3 to 4 hours
• Up to 25 people

Full Day Private Event – $320

• Exclusive use of the entire space for 5 to 8 hours
• Up to 25 people

*You may have noted that as the hours increase so does the hourly rate. This is because longer bookings infringe more heavily on the membership and need to generate more revenue.
